Do you have a question about your booking, hotel access, or available services?

Here’s a guide to frequently asked questions to help you plan your stay with complete peace of mind.

  • Yes, we have a private parking area reserved exclusively for hotel guests, at a rate of €15 per night. There are 3 spaces available, and advance reservation is recommended by contacting reception directly (please prioritize phone calls for faster service). A €50 deposit is added to the room bill and will only be charged if the key is not returned after check-out.

  • Yes, there are two zones:

    • White zone (paid): 30 minutes free once per day. Rates range from €0.70 to €20. Paid from Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m.–12 p.m. and 2 p.m.–6 p.m. Free on Sundays and public holidays.
    • Blue zone (free): 2 hours of free parking using a blue disk, valid from Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Disks may be requested at reception (subject to availability). A €30 fee will be charged for any disk not returned after the stay.
  • Breakfast is only included for direct bookings made through our website, email or phone. For third-party bookings (Booking.com, etc.), it can be added for €15 per person.

  • Our continental breakfast includes: croissants, pain au chocolat, baguette, fruits, cereals, yoghurts, bacon, sausages, ham, scrambled eggs, two types of cheese, butter, jams, chocolate spread, organic milk, coffee, tea and two kinds of juice.
    For vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs, the following are also available: almond milk, soy milk, gluten-free sandwich bread, and fruit muesli.

  • We do not offer room service for breakfast, but you may take items from the buffet to your room using a tray requested at the front desk.

  • Yes, we accept both physical and digital formats, provided they do not expire within the next 7 days.

  • Only dogs under 10 kg are accepted, with a surcharge of €10 per night. Cats, rodents, ferrets and other animals are not permitted.

  • No, but there are two options within a 10-minute walk: Pressing Sanilav and the Beaulieu Laundromat.

  • All rooms feature a safe, air conditioning, satellite TV with international channels, and a hairdryer.

  • Yes, upon request at reception, we provide: irons, steamers, shaving kits, dental kits, shoe sponges, etc. – all free of charge.

  • Yes, but please inform reception in advance to avoid your booking being marked as a “no-show.”

  • Yes.

  • Yes, for amounts over €1,000, and only if payment is completed at least 7 days before arrival.

  • Yes, up to €1,000 for French residents and up to €15,000 for foreign guests, in accordance with French regulations.

  • Minors aged 12 and over may stay alone if they provide a signed authorization from a parent or legal guardian, along with copies of ID and contact details.

    Children under 12, or those without the required documents, must be accompanied by an adult or booked into a connecting room.

  • Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for €30, upon request and subject to availability.

  • Yes, free for hotel guests. Our luggage room is locked and under camera surveillance. You may leave your luggage at any time before check-in or after check-out, without time limits.
    For non-guests: €5 per bag, to be paid at reception.

     

    • Flexible rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. After this period, the first night will be charged.
    • No-show: 100% of the stay will be charged.
    • Non-refundable rate: No refunds, except in cases of force majeure (death, medical reports, etc.) with valid proof.
  • No. All bookings require a credit card for prepayment or preauthorization. Your card data is secured in compliance with current regulations.

  • Baby cots are available for €10/night in select room categories. Extra beds are not available.

  • Yes, our garden suite is accessible. Please inform reception in advance so the entrance ramp can be installed before your arrival.

  • Rooms with balconies are clearly labeled in the room name. For a room with a bathtub, please contact reception in advance (subject to availability).

  • Yes, free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

    • iPhone: Connect to “hotel,” wait for the login page to appear, check the boxes, and click “Next.”
    • Android: Connect to “hotel,” wait for the notification, click it, check the boxes, and click “Next.”
  • Yes, the elevator serves all areas of the hotel, including the parking level.

  • Yes, we can arrange transfers to and from the airport and other destinations. Prices start at €75 for a sedan and may vary depending on the season or time. Contact reception to book.

  • Yes. Smoking is only permitted outside the hotel.

  • Yes. Reception is available 24/7 to receive parcels. If a parcel arrives after your departure, we can forward it for €10 + shipping costs.

  • Yes, if the item is found. A €10 handling fee applies, plus postage. Please contact reception for the full procedure.

  • Yes. Although centrally located, the neighborhood is peaceful and very secure. For added comfort, we recommend our superior rooms facing the courtyard, where street noise is minimal.

  • Yes, please let reception know at check-in or check-out.
